RESERVATION OF THE HOLIDAY FLAT

Dear holiday guests, thank you very much for your interest in our holiday apartment. If you would like to receive further information or send us a non-binding reservation request, you can reach us using the following contact form:   

We will then check the requested period, send you a cost estimate and reserve the period the next 24 hours for you. You can check the availability of the accommodation by clicking on the following link:
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
  • Your reservation becomes valid as soon as you transfer 30% of the total price
    We will send you further information about the deposit by e-mail, immediately after receiving your reservation request.
  • 2 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining 70% to us.
CANCELLATION
  • Cancellation 31 days before arrival or even earlier
    Cancellation without complications. The transferred amounts will be refunded.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival
    The deposit will be retained (30%).
  • Cancellation between 14 and 0 days before arrival
    100% of the total price will be retained. We ask for your understanding.
IMPORTANT
  • Smoking is prohibited on the premises

  • Pets are not allowed
  • Parties neither
  • Please do not exceed the permitted number of persons (max. 6 persons)
    Only registered guests may stay overnight in the holiday apartment.
  • We do not accept credit cards or bank cards
    Please pay by online bank transfer. Exception: The local tax (more about this later)
  • Check-In from 3 p.m. onwards
  • Check-Out by 10 a.m. at the latest
    After consultation, the check-out can be postponed until later

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
  • The Visitor's Tax
    To the paid price the local tax has to be added, which is 1.55€ per person/day from the age of 14 and is paid in cash . This tax is transferred to the municipality of Ritten and is used to maintain infrastructural facilities. For further information click here: Ritten visitor's tax
  • We do not offer gastronomic services such as breakfast or similar
