Reservation of the holiday flat

We will then check the requested period, send you a cost estimate and reserve the period the next 24 hours for you. You can check the availability of the accommodation by clicking on the following link:
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
- Your reservation becomes valid as soon as you have paid a deposit of 30% of the total price
We will send you further information about the deposit by e-mail, immediately after receiving your reservation request.
- Please pay the remaining amount (70%) in cash or transfer it before arrival.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation 21 days before arrival or even earlier
Cancellation without complications. The transferred amounts will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 0 and 21 days before arrival
The deposit will be retained (30%). We ask for your understanding.
IMPORTANT
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises

Only registered guests may stay overnight in the holiday apartment. - We do not accept credit cards or bank cards
Please pay in cash or by online bank transfer. The local tax must be paid in cash on site (more on this later).
- Check-In from 3 p.m. onwards
- Check-Out until 9:30 in the morning

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- The tourist tax
A local tourist tax is charged in addition to the price paid. It amounts to €2.50 per person/day for guests aged 14 and over and must be paid in cash. This tax is transferred to the municipality of Renon and is used to maintain infrastructural facilities.
